Hi Friends! I hope everyone is getting through all of the snow storms this year! It’s been a super cold January in North Carolina, but at least we can all look cute and cozy bundled up in our favorite sweaters! I have really been into casual looks, and looking for other alternatives besides denim. I think this sweater and legging combo did the trick!
This sweater from Fabulous Finds has been a best seller, and one of my favorite items to add to my closet! I love the design of the knit and the oversized fit. Another detail that I love is the sleeves.. they are soooo long, which makes being cozy even easier! I was at a hockey game earlier this week and the sleeves served as a koozie- they were perfect! I just push them up as shown- they really don’t get in the way. I think it just adds more style and detail to an already cute sweater.
We have so many leggings in the boutique right now.. and yes, leggings can be pants. I feel like as long as they are thick enough, and your top covers the most vital parts (for me, my bum) lol. I have a pair of faux leather leggings which I love, but I prefer these Nikki Slit Knee Leggings when I’m wanting to make my outfit stand out a little bit more. I have booties with my leggings, but I also love wearing sneakers like these New Balance Sneakers I got from J.crew.
If you’re worried about the weather changing quickly – like I think it might be in the 60’s this weekend- I wouldn’t fret. This sweater is loosely knit so it doesn’t get too hot. In the spring months you can do what I do and pair it with your fave denim shorts!

Leggings are life when you are pregnant so needless to say I own a few (esp faux leather ones) but I’m loving these slit knee ones, they really do make the outfit pop! Thanks for sharing, you look darling!
