Hi Everyone! So I will start this post by saying.. I don’t normally wear skirts. With my body type, I’ve just learned its easier to wear a dress than it is to find a skirt that fits my waist, hips, and butt. I do love skirts though, and there have been plenty that I have wanted to try, and just never do. This Fall, I was not going to be deterred, and when I saw this beauty from Loft, I decided it was a must have…mainly because I love the color- It’s so bold, and bright, and it would be so versatile for this time of year.
I must say when I received it I was so happy! It’s a great length since I’m tall, and even though it’s a bit loose at the waist..It is still staying in my closet! I love it with the French Connection printed blouse..When I paired it just with the skirt it gave off a mod, ladylike vibe.. When I added the jean jacket, I was like “oh yeah, this is me” lol. I would definitely wear this skirt with my OTK boots or switch it up and wear it with my Chanel Flats ( This pair from Ann Taylor is a steal at 40% off!).
If you haven’t shopped at Loft in a while…they have so many great pieces to integrate in your closet for Fall! Plus, I love a store that almost always has a sale going on! Right now its 40% off Tops and Sweaters… So you can get this favorite of mine, for like $25! Since I’m on this skirt kick, I want to try their Suede Zip Skirt! It’s been all over their Fall Campaign and looks amazing!

Girl, I’m the same as you. With my body type, dresses are so much easier than skirts, but I have actually found Loft to have the best skirts for that. This one looks amazing on you and I love how you styled it, I need to go try it on!!
