Summertime is in full swing! Some of us have been traveling, taking time with our family and loved ones to go out of town, while some of us, have to stay close to home…. either way, you are faced with the dreaded chore of packing. I hate packing a ton of stuff. I’ve traveled quite a bit, so I think I’m a bit of a pro. I limit myself to one carry on and one tote, and that’s it! If it doesn’t fit in those two bags- then forget it. I have become very creative lol… Believe me I have packed for a week in Mexico AND a week in Germany (during the snowy months) using this method!
Since I am such a stickler for what goes in my bag, I was estatic when I was introduced to Vacay Style. They practically read my mind! The idea is that you bring just several key pieces, plus basics that you love to create multiple outfits. Genius! I chose the Martinique Caftan . I love lightweight tiedye print, and the embroidery on the neckline. It comes in One Size, and you can wear it as a dress, cover up, or a caftan. I’m 5’9 and this fit perfect on me. It was too sheer for me as a dress without a slip, but as a cover up it’s just right. I opted to tuck it into shorts instead..I think it still made a really cute look!

I am getting better at being a minimal packer! I always want to pack for the “what if’s”, so sticking to key pieces plus basics is a challenge, but I’m detrmined to master it!! Haha Love your post.
