Happy Thursday! It’s almost the weekend…more specifically..it’s almost Labor Day Weekend, which for most of us means the last real weekend of Summer, and the last time we can wear white 🙁 That’s such a shame since I JUST got this adorable dress from Chicwish! If you have been following my posts or my instafeeds you know that I have been sporting tops and dresses from Chicwish quite a bit this Summer! They have the cutest pieces, great quality, and they are affordable (in fact I think they are having a SALE right now)!
Back to this dress.. It’s too cute to follow The “No White After Labor Day Rule” so I’m tossing it out the window! I live in the south and it’s currently 91 degrees. In September. I think, for now, it will be acceptable to wear what will keep me cool and looking as cute as possible! I think later I will be able to get away with wearing it with a jean jacket and booties, or even as a top with skinnies. I took a cue from Kaitlin, writer of the blog Blonde Expeditions and wore it backwards! Normally, the dress is a little hi-lo, making it short in the front. Wearing it this way evened out the hem somehow lol.
I also want to add how pumped I am to FINALLY get these Miller Sandals in Vintage Vachetta! I have been wanting them for so long, and they never have my size. Who has been taking all of the size 10’s? 🙂 Lastly…Baublebar is having a HUGE SALE this weekend! These earrings are now $24, and the Phlox Collar I also wear is $36 instead of $68!
